\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWith no prior food, business, marketing or advertising experience, the sisters played their strengths: Mandy came up with an original menu while Rebecca designed the interior of the restaurant. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAgainst all odds it worked! The people had spoken! Gourmet salads were what they wanted. The sisters could hardly keep up with the demand as word caught on and the Mandys salad-loving family grew.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Fast forward to 2026, Mandy\u2019s has 9 locations in Montreal (including one in Brossard on the South Shore); Toronto has 4 storefronts with a new one on the way (Distillery District), as well as 3 ghost kitchens; one location on Bank Street in Ottawa; and a couple Mandy’s locations coming soon to Kits and West Cordova in Vancouver. The sisters have two best-selling cookbooks, grocery and other retail products, a bunch of our delicious dressings in grocery stores across Canada and internationally.<\/p>\n

Mandy continues to be the Creative Food Director and Chef, while Rebecca designs all locations and heads Brand Marketing.<\/p>\n
