A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Ensuring our guests have a VIP experience at MANDY’S by treating them like family and exuding good vibes!;
  • Be a product knowledge guru to help our guests with their order and directing them to the counter;
  • Efficiency with cashier duties; ringing and taking orders correctly
  • Providing warm, genuine, and thoughtful service around the clock
  • Keeping the front of house looking on-point, from merchandising to clearing tables to general maintenance of front of house;
  • Providing high-volume service during busy hours
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards;
  • Anticipating guests’ needs
  • All other related tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING: 

  • French required
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work effectively during busy periods;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to work standing for long periods;
  • You are naturally smiley, energetic and motivated!
  • Previous kitchen and/or restaurant experience is an asset
