THE GIG!

  • Ensuring our guests have a great experience at MANDY’S!;
  • Creating a great first impression for guests by greeting them, guiding them with their order and directing them to the counter;
  • Ensure orders are properly entered into the POS and transmitted to the kitchen;
  • Processing payments, working cash, working your smile;
  • Handing guests their orders/bringing orders to their table;
  • Keeping the front of house looking on-point, from merchandising to clearing tables to general maintenance of front of house;
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards;
  • All other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual (French / English)
  • Ability to work effectively during busy periods;
  • Ability to work with a team and under pressure;
  • Ability to work standing for long periods;
  • You are naturally smiley, energetic and motivated
  • Restaurant and/or retail experience (asset)
